The “data controllers” (as defined in the Data Protection Legislation) in respect of your personal information will be from Amyna Group LLC registered in the State of Delaware (USA) with file number 6986987, Amyna Advisors LLC registered in the State of Florida (USA) under document number L20000374645 and Amyna Consultants Ltd, with company number 14320541 in The Registrar of Companies for England and Wales (UK), herein and after referred to as AMYNA CAPITAL, their trading name.

1.2.2 Information submitted when you apply to work at AMYNA CAPITAL

If necessary for the position you’ve applied for, we might also review your references and conduct checks with outside organisations. Either our need to carry out efficient hiring or the need to comply with regulatory requirements justifies this processing on our part.
1.2.3 Information about those related or otherwise connected to our staff
For the sake of our emergency scenario planning or in the event that an incident occurs at work, we may occasionally ask members of our employees for the contact information for their next of kin. With respect to their employee benefit plans, we may additionally request information about their spouses, children, and/or other family members. We will only ever use this information if it is necessary to support our staff and only when our interest in doing so is valid.

If we acquire a business, we will obtain some information about the employees and other staff who work in that business to carry out and improve our business in the pursuit of our legitimate interest.
1.2.5 Information about investors/potential investors/those who work for or are connected with investors
You may also give us your financial information and certain other required Personal Information if you (or an institutional investor or investment vehicle with whom you are involved) think about investing with us. The fulfilment of a contract we have with you, the need to correspond with you for business purposes, the need to provide you with any support you might need, or the need to process an investment application in line with our legitimate interests will all be the justifications for this processing. Personal information may be obtained and stored by AMYNA CAPITAL as part of the investment appraisal process. We may keep personal information on you if you are a party to a transaction that AMYNA CAPITAL, and/or the funds it manages or advises, enters into or a potential transaction that AMYNA CAPITAL analyses. Your CV, information about your prior employment history and professional endeavours, details about your financial situation and dealings, information about your nationality (including copies of identification documents like a passport), testimonials from third parties, and the findings of any additional due diligence may be included in this. We gather and save this data for the following reasons:
- A transaction’s evaluation and your part in it;
- Transactions execution;
- Investments management;
- Records of investments;
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as KYC checks;
- Protection of our legal rights and interests;
- Seeking and receiving advice from our professional advisors, such as accountants, attorneys, and other consultants; and

1.2.10 Data Subjects
Amyna Capital collects personal information and will act as the data controller of this information if you:
- are a client or represent one of our clients or our prospective clients
- are associated with an Amyna Capital client while we undertake Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence
- work or correspond with us from a regulator, vendor or service provider
- register with or use one of our websites or online services
- visit an Amyna Capital office or register to attend an event that Amyna Capital sponsors
- attend an event where the sponsor shares attendance information with exhibitors
- are associated with a financial arrangement which is promoted to Amyna Capital or its clients
1.2.11 Media/Photo Upload with Embedded Location Data
Photos with embedded location information (EXIF GPS) should not be uploaded to our website. Visitors may obtain and extract any location information from images and use it maliciously. Whether on purpose or accidentally, Amyna Capital, its representative, employees, affiliates, or suppliers will not be held liable if you do this.

We may then disclose such aggregated data to third parties (like AMYNA CAPITAL’s suppliers). Note that no Personal Information will ever be included in such aggregated statistics, and we will never make it available to third parties for their own marketing needs.
7.2 When you use this website, we may collect and store on our servers certain aggregated data about you in order to monitor and improve it, including without limitation the URLs you came from and went to as well as the areas of our website you visited. Such aggregated data will not contain any Personal Information and is only intended to give you a better online experience.
